docoda is an iOS communication app for people who work on site—construction, civil works, logistics, security, cleaning, events, and more. Built around “work contact lives in docoda,” it lets teams connect without exchanging personal phone numbers.
Create a team with an 8-digit join code or email invite; use group chat and 1:1 DM; share images, location, and meetup spots; and make in-app voice calls. Pro adds a walkie-talkie to on-duty members with recording. The parking map shows nearby lots, AI vacancy hints, and favorites.
1:1 chat uses end-to-end encryption. Chat and 1:1 calls are available as basics; team rooms and walkie-talkie scale across Free / Mini / Pro.
Challenge
Crews change often, so personal numbers are hard to share. Contact was split across phone, LINE, and radio, and sharing “where is everyone?” took extra work.
